In compliance with EU Directive 2023/2673, the following form allows EU residents to request cancellation of their order within the 14-day 'cooling-off' period which automatically begins after receipt of the item ordered.

TETRAWORLD is required by EU law to offer this form/withdrawal button for EU customers. However, we much prefer that you contact us via email to explain any return/cancellation situation. Here's the information you should know in the event that you are considering requesting cancellation via the below form based on the 2023/2673 directive.

EU Directive 2023/2673 specifically exempts custom goods. All vinyl styling is made-to-order and therefore custom goods. Items that the directive does apply to includes small items without variants such as keychains, apparel, small printed decals. If you request cancellation of these custom made items (livery kits, pinstripes, large decals and banners, small cut decals, hood decals, bike kits, and any other items that specifically say made to order in their product description) via this form, the cancellation will not be considered. To clarify, any item that has a color/finish option is made-to-order and therefore a custom good.

In the event that a cancellation is requested on a custom good (made-to-order vinyl styling) before the item has begun the manufacturing process, we may be able to cancel the order as mentioned in our return/refund policy. In general, made-to-order items take 2-3 weeks processing time to be manufactured, but the manufacturing process may begin as soon as the same day the order was placed. Please email us as soon as possible if you are considering cancellation. If the made-to-order item has begun the manufacturing stage, it will not be eligible for cancellation/return/refund of any kind.

EU customers who request cancellation via this form will be able to return the items that are not exempt from this directive. In the event that items are returned, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. International return shipping takes several weeks, sometimes months. Refunds are processed on TETRAWORLD's receipt and inspection of the item- the item must be in the original packaging and in new/unused condition.
