Shipping policy

USA:
All USA parcels are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
Shipping takes 2-5 business days (not including HI, AK, offshore)

Rest of World:
International Shipping Tiers (T1-T4) are priced by order weight.
Tiered Economy Shipping is shipped via Ascendia which uses local carriers.
Shipping takes 2-8 weeks

Tiered Economy Shipping is only usable for parcels up to 4lb in weight. Thus, Priority Mail International is the only option available for exceptionally heavy parcels. Please note that "Priority Mail" is not vastly faster than Tiered Economy shipping. The "Priority Mail" option should only be used when the Tiered Economy rate is not available during checkout. "Priority Mail" does not have a higher priority in the production queue, and is not "rush shipped". "Priority Mail" is just the name of the shipping service that United States Postal Service uses for international parcel mail. Typical order processing time applies to all shipping methods including "Priority Mail". "Priority Mail" arrival estimates, like all shipping methods, are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders over 80USD qualify for free shipping when shipped in the USA.

Shipping times are estimates, not guaranteed, and subject to the same courier delays as all other mail (holidays, weather, etc). This includes "Priority Mail International". 

Typical order processing time is 2-3 weeks. Specialty finishes (matte or glitter overlay) may be subject to an additional week depending on the current production queue. During peak sales times (yearly Black Friday Sale, product releases) processing time may be extended by 1-2 weeks. Processing times are due to the vast majority of items being made-to-order.

When you receive a shipping confirmation via email, this means that your order is about to be packed for shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days after shipping confirmation receipt for tracking to update.

Orders outside USA are subject to VAT/GST or equivalent of destination country.
