Refund policy

Please note that all sales are final. Items from TETRAWORLD are all made to order and customized to the customer's specific variation requested. Thus, items are not inherently eligible for cancellations, returns, or exchange.

Because items are made to order, refunds, returns, and exchanges due to the color of the item are not accepted. If you change your mind after placing your order, please email us. If we have not made your order yet, we can still change the color of your order (an invoice payment of the pricing difference may be required if the new color pricing is different from the original color). 

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged upon arrival you may be eligible for a refund, partial refund, or replacement. If your package is lost or stolen please contact your local postal carrier in an attempt to locate the parcel before contacting us. If your package is damaged upon arrival please make sure to take photos of the damage. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds, partial refunds, returns, or replacements for any other reasons are not guaranteed.

Refunds, partial refunds, returns, or replacements may be allowed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of TETRAWORLD. Please direct all inquiries to heytetra@gmail.com. You must reach out within 30 days of item receipt (as stated in the item's tracking information) in order to inquire about a refund or replacement.

In the case of a refund being processed on a cancelled order, the refund amount eligible is the gross total minus a transaction fee of 3% and a 10% restocking fee on any items that have already been manufactured per the order placed. To give a concrete example: If your initial purchase was 100USD and TETRAWORLD has agreed to cancel and refund an item that has already manufactured, then the total eligible refund amount would be 87USD.

In the case of a return being processed (requires explicit approval by TETRAWORLD), to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll need to reply to the confirmation email of your order as proof of purchase. The item returned must be received by TETRAWORLD before any refund or exchange can occur.
